Organization Background
Mall China Information Center (Mall China), established in 2002, is the first non-profit organization in Mainland China with the objectives to serve China¡¯s retail property. Mall China, as the largest and most representative organization in China shopping center, has 700 corporate members of investors, developers, operators, retailers and relevant service agencies, and has created a systematic member services including website (www.mallchina.org), magazine, research report, Annual Conference (International Symposium), Commercial Real Estate Trade Fair, manager accrediting training, project assessment. Mall China has established close international partnership with shopping center or retail real estate associations from more than 10 countries and areas. Mr. Victor Guo, President of Mall China, who had become the Standing Director of Council of Asian Shopping Centers (CASC), was voted to be the Chairman of CASC on duty in 2007. Since April 2008, China Shopping Center Development Association of Mall China was established, which has promoted membership service system to a higher level.
